A real rarebird, Octo Skynavy. A last attempt at innovation before bankruptcy. With magnetization being a mechanical watch worst enemy, one can assume mounting a compass next to the movement was a bit of an engineering challenge, in the 60's at least.

1st picture: I don't see a compass. Searching, searching, searching...
2nd picture: Ah, there it is! Shame the bezel is on the front though.
3rd picture: Wow! Now that's smart.

What's the diameter of this watch?

It’s 38mm so very wearable. Compass adds some thickness but it’s not overly thick due to the thin manual would movement.
