£100k doesn't sound too terrible for your very own jet fighter but I bet the upkeep and storage is the same again every year!

I don't think I like anyone enough to have them sit so close to me.

I take that back - Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, or Selena Gomez could squeeze in next to me any time. Maybe Hayden Panettiere or Giada de Laurentiis too because they're tiny little cuties.

Oh, and my wife..... she could too. Hi honey! You're the bestest!

Indeed! Designs like the twin Mustang represent a far more civilised layout for a two-person crew. I imagine the use of well-timed intercom dropouts might be a very handy means of managing "morale" in this configuration 😉

I found a full certified DeHavilland vampire for sale last month - having worked out that initial outlay including learning to fly it would run to £1million, I pitched this to my other half... apparently if I can afford it, I can have it.

Anyone got £1million spare?

If mint speedy DON90 bezels keep appreciating like they did last year I will have one Mm£ in about 48 years...😗

So stand by ... (and don't piss me off in the meantime 😉)

the good thing about having the F35 in the driveway would be that you could leave the keys in it. It's not like they could fly it away.

I see what you did there...
