In fact, it’s flavour is “so putrid”, even hardened prisoners “gulp it down while holding their noses”.

Thanks Andy.
I just sat down to enjoy a nice chilled Friday night Guinness and saw that.

Taste test......................Whew, Guinness is just fine.

You forgot to strain it through a prisoners sock first Jim. Rookie mistake.
Bet you had it in the fridge first too.

You bet.
Guinness in Oz is best served in a chilled glass and the can chilled at about 5ºC.

A nice nibble to go with it is pumpernickel with blue chees and vegemite topping.

I might just have to give that a shot 👍
I'm a born and bred Marmite man though and way too stuck in my ways.

Gorgonzola and walnut ravioli for dinner tonight. Woolies have had the Rana on sale for $3 😉
Then a Google search for Guinness specials.

This is the most amazing witness account of a meth-head crime spree I’ve ever seen, happened yesterday in Queensland here just an hour away. Imagine the cops interviewing those two women with a straight face

OMG, I would have loved to have seen the meth-head's reaction to seeing those two. Please let there be a jail house interview that gets on the web.

The story is a druggo in a Porsche Macan crashing into and killing someone, then the driver shooting another bloke in the arm to steal his ride before crashing and rolling that stolen car in front of a pair of identical twins from a Stephen king novel, then he steals a Mazda from a 16-year old girl at gunpoint, only to be nicked minutes later.

I think that sort of situation only happens here in QLD, we really are the Florida of Australia.

The list of charges is…

Two counts of armed robbery, two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, two counts of unlawful entry of vehicle for committing indictable offence, and one count each of dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death, acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm, dangerous operation of a vehicle adversely affected by an intoxicating substance, going armed as to cause fear, unlawful possession of firearm used to commit indictable offence, possess tainted property, authority required to possess explosives, driver fail to remain at incident, and driving suspended licence.

New "wife": So, what are you in for?

No laughing matter of course, considering the deceased and their poor family.

A nice selection of pics I saw on FB.

It’s bad enough when a gecko drops off the wall and lands on your head…

That interview looked like an AI split screen mirror image.

Just thought some of you might want to learn how to catch a spider in order to be released

Good to know that I've got plenty of time to refer to my I-Spy book of "venomous and friendly spiders" before it crawls down the back of my collar. The ponytail actually looks like a good deterrent for that scenario.

Edit: just double checked the glovebox and I'd vastly overestimated my preparedness.
