It is the forum mandated wrist shots of my latest addition to the collection. I first had to have the band adjusted. IMG_0272.JPG IMG_0274.JPG IMG_0273.JPG My first Modern Omega. Not a bad first, IMHO. What's your opinion? Good, bad, either way, I can take it.::stirthepot::

Best lugs and bracelet on a modern Omega IMO. In 30 years there will be guys like us KILLING each other to find these DeVilles.

Thanks Dennis, Ash. What surprised me is, the bracelet is far more comfortable then I'd thought. I thought it was gonna be a wrist hair puller and it's not. Lug to lug it's large for me. But not large enough to quit wearing it.:)

Like the bracelet. Do not like the dial AT ALL. Sorry.

Dial too plain? Is it the GMT? Not all dials have the same appeal. :)

Absolutley not all dials have the same appeal, and I wouldnt have said anything had you not invited it ;)
The first few times I saw this dial I thought it was a fake. It is something about the GMT and the font that I just dont like.

We can respectfully agree to disagree. I do follow your logic though. You might prefer the black dial, with power reserve. It has a more elegant look. Dial on my watch is simplistic analog look.

This dial looks more impressive in person. The black in these is my favorite

You are correct sir. IMO, dials always look better in person. I should've brought that out in earlier post. Thanks Steve!
