NOS Chelsea Concord clock

Just picked this up. I am still trying to figure out the specs.

It's a discontinued Concord model 8 1/2 inch clock. Very heavy.

I'm interested in knowing more about the movement etc.

Very nice clock, truly NOS.....it probably has a Chelsea 12E 11 jewel movement. I have a US Military clock from 1963 with this time only movement, mine has sweep seconds hand. Mine came out of a nuclear missile silo in Caribou, ME which was decommissioned in 1994, a Cold War relic.

I contacted Chelsea and confirmed that this Concord has a 12E movement, which was the same military movement. My clock was delivered to the dealer in 2010, so sat around awhile. The last Concord was sold in 2018. It wasn't a popular clock and they estimated about 25 were sold. As much as I like hearing a ship's bells and the idea of one, I couldn't have one in my home. I am surprised this time only clock didn't sell more. I am quite happy to have found it.
