On offer today is a Landeron 248 powered chronograph reminiscent of the Heuer "Big Eyes" dials by the Nicolet Watch company. Service history is unknown, however the watch is keeping time and chronograph resets to 0. My asking price is $500USD OBO including insured and tracked shipping worldwide from Australia. I accept PayPal via friends and family, and will do goods and services if you add the 3%. No refunds possible unless the watch is grossly misrepresented.
Case condition: The 37.5mm case (excluding crown) is chrome plated (possibly rechromed in the past) and looks good with some minor marks. The crystal is clear and the crown appears original. Screw down caseback is stainless steel and has several scratches though has not been polished. Pump pushers operate well and are not sticky.
Dial condition: The dial has several marks, however the text and numerals are nice and crisp with no obvious fading. Both the hands and dial appear original to the watch.
Movement: The 17 jewel Landeron 248 movement appears clean and has no branding. The pushers operate in classic Landeron style with the top pusher starting and the bottom pusher stopping and resetting. Hands wind smoothly and the chrono functions are snappy, though a service is recommended for daily wear.
Lugs and Strap: The watch uses 18mm lugs and comes on a lightly used thick brown leather strap.
