This is a watch you FIND funds for.

Need to sell the one I already wasn't supposed to buy, then my motorcyle. Doubt this watch will still be for sale by then...

What are the definitive things that make this watch sought after? I would say... pink gold, clean case, lovely dial, nicest markers on a seamster (IMO) calendar, and the ooh, soo shiny factor...😜 Did they make a date at 6 version?

Mostly the pink gold.

Sort of. It would be a bumper 353 or 355, and the nearly identical looking case would then be the 2757. Yes, they used those 5 sided "home plate" indices on the bumper dials too. It would have cross hairs if an enamel white dial, or it would be a waffle.

Most unique feature is it is rose gold - vast majority of this model is either steel or gold cap and the gold ones - either 14 or 18k are in yellow gold.

And if anyone has the waffle version - THAT I would find funds for ;-)

I don't think you guys appreciate how uncommon Mike's watch is. This is from my favorite era of Seamasters. I've owned dozens (ask Kyle, Alex, Justin, or Steve 😉 - and don't you have one of my former ss caliber 342's?) and I don't remember the last time I've run across a solid pink gold model, bumper or full rotor. Most are gold capped. I had a fairly uncommon 18ct yellow gold caliber 591 - only seen one other solid gold one in 5 or 6 years and only 4 or 5 591's in total and I'd only call that less common. Mike's might meet my stringent definition of rare.

Watch too nice to linger unsold!
Will give it until the weekend and if it doesn't sell by then I will give serious thought to just withdrawing it from sale.
