Hi guys, I have a question on the ladder bracelets on Zeniths. This may sound silly but are all ladder bracelets identical regardless of the models? Am I able to switch a ladder bracelet from a Defy to an A386 as long as I have the right endpieces? Are they the same width? Thanks in advance for helping with my newbie question.

 

Not a silly question. Consider that some of us learned only recently that Respirator lobster bracelets are different from Espada/Primero/Defy lobster bracelets.

I believe all ladder bracelets are the same - among men's models. They're all 18mm wide, and should be interchangeable if you have the proper end pieces.

There is a rare ladies' Defy with a GF ladder bracelet that is probably about 14mm wide; one might conceivably confuse this for a mens' bracelet if it were listed without measurements.

Thanks MMMD. I was looking at this Defy and I thought it was overpolished. But looking at the ad you had posted in the first picture, it seems to be fine to me. What do you guys think?

 

If I may add, there are two different sized ladder bracelets, at least I have two..the two that I have for the A386 have a last link measuring 17.5 mm, and the ones I have on my A384, 385 and 3817 are all 19.5mm at the last link..

I like that one, except for the color of the relumed hands. And the 2562pc inside might be a replacement for an original 2552pc; usually the ones with 2562's inside say 28800 on the dial. It's been polished, I think, but overpolished is in the eye of the beholder.

 

The 17.5mm ended bracelet takes the 19mm ends, and the 19.5mm takes the 20..
