I hope you and your family and friends are all OK.
Buildings and stuff can be fixed/repaired but people are the most important "things".

We saw the images on the news and it was scary. Luckily we only have to contend with floods and bushfires.

Hoping that @krogerfoot and his family are OK too.

Thank you very much we are fine, but we have never experienced an earthquake of this magnitude and duration (24 hours)

Thank you, Jim. We are away from Tokyo and wondering how much our house may have shaken, but safe and secure.

Thanks krogerfoot - This time, unfortunately, we are very close to the middle (5-6). The quakes haven't stopped for 3 days.

I know well how it feels, even in Italy we have the problem of earthquakes.

Today is the sixth day since the earthquake with a maximum intensity of 7 on the Japanese seismic scale. In Ishikawa Prefecture, 126 people have been confirmed dead and 209 are unaccounted for.

The prefecture has been hit by a series of earthquakes, and at around 5:26 a.m. on the 6th, a tremor with an intensity of 5 on the Japanese seismic scale was observed in Anamizu Town.

Report: Shoin Town, Suzu City. A search is underway by the Metropolitan Police Department in the pouring rain.

According to the prefectural government, a total of 126 people have been confirmed dead, including 69 in Wajima City and 38 in Suzu City. The prefectural government has announced that 209 people are unaccounted for, and rescue operations are underway in various areas.

Report: Water trucks have been delayed due to traffic jams, and many people are waiting in line.

Water supply is still cut off in 14 cities and towns, and the number of evacuated people is 30,733.🙁🙁🙁
