New to Omega world. Looking for a Lollipop sweeping hand for my 2998-2. Am I at the right place?

Hello, I am not new to the vintage watch collection, but recently bought a few Omegas, including an attractive (IMHO) Speedy 2998-2. It is a straight hand version otherwise appearing correct, according to my limited experience and scant research. I prefer (as many others) the lollipop Chrono sweep hand. Anyone knows where I can source one? Or am I just a dreamer?
What think you all?
Regards,
Emil

Frankly, they're as rare as rocking horse shot but if you are going to find one, this is the place.

As you won't have posting privileges in the for sale and to buy sections (because you're new and we like to know who we're buying from and selling to) your best hope at the moment is to keep reading the FS section. If you stick around, introduce yourself, make some posts and laugh at the antipodeans then you'll eventually get to be able to place ads for yourself.

Edit: shot? Really!? I thought we got rid of the puritanicals three centuries ago only for Android to come along and censor me? I will have my rewengie!

I remember seeing one offered for $7K within the past year, iirc.

But it's not a seconds hand - it's a chronograph hand 😉

Not only that, a second-hand, seconds hand. Or chrono hand. Either way, an arm and a leg. For a hand...

A chronograph hand. One that happens to measure elapsed time in seconds. 🙄

Yes. You're in the right place but also try ebay and instagram.
