Well, if you don’t already have one (and you’re not planning on doing a lot of overseas travelling) you could do worse than getting a dog.

Just purchased a British shorthair kitten for my little one (6)- I’ll wait a little until they settle in. A good dog would be excellent once our travelling is out of the way!

Thanks Gearjockey, it was purchased in Australia, a very fair price indeed given the demand and secondary prices I’ve seen everywhere else. My reaction time was lightning fast!
