·Would suggest to put in new batteries first. Set correct time and date and check the accuracy. I you will detect the the watch is loosing time significantly, set up the time again and start the chronograph. If the chronograph runs okay, keeping time, but the analog part is slowing down, the issue would be in the motor or further - in the mechanical part of the movement.
If the digi and analog part is slowing down in parallel, then there is something with the electronic module or oscilator - this would mean the need of new movement, as this 1611 is almost non repairable.
