New (to me) 105.004. Which color strap looks better?

Just got this watch a couple weeks ago. Looks like it has had some dial work, but to me seems in "decent" shape. Looks to me like lume had been added (kinda poorly), but I plan to get that restored by one of the new lume-magicians.

I also strongly suspect the subdial hands are incorrect. Can those be obtained anywhere?

It came with a very wrong gold beads-of-rice bracelet that was promptly removed. So far I've only tried the 2 straps in the images, but would like some suggestions.

To be honest, which looks better to you? That’s all that really matters😀. Personally I like #2 but your going to be looking at it all the time, not me.

Another vote for the lighter colored strap in number 2. Looks great!

Have you tried a not too padded black strap that would pick up the black/blue sub dial hands, tachy script, and the centres of the hour minute hands? Another thought is to look at the Omega catalogues of the period and see what they used for this watch's glamour shots.

undoubtedly the clearer of the two. but nkhandekar’s suggestion may be interesting.

Ordered a few new straps from strapsco. Went with oak colored rally and tan colored vintage leather. Thanks for everyone's input

To me, first one too orange. Brown croc better color but busy dial and busy croc pattern clash a bit
I love chocolate pigskin with gold watch here’s an example From Torre

Lots of great feedback. Will post some better quality pictures soon, and show off some more strap options.

For me personally the strap depends on whether the watch is a daily wearer if so leather, a great looking watch either way.
