    Finally got a new correct sized strap for my Seamaster. Amazing how a new strap can transform the look of a watch! Love the light brown color, not genuine crocodile but still looks great. Only problem is that for some reason my watch keeps rocking to the left side.... Hard to explain but maybe I just need to break the strap in more. 18mm strap.

    Great looking strap and watch! My similarly cased Constellation says hello:

    Straps always help define a watch :) If it rocks it might be loose, tighten it by one hole maybe?

    On the last notch! I have small wrists, but it is on snugly. Still can't figure out why it rocks back. Maybe I will take a picture of what I am talking about so you can see!

    The dial on your watch is awesome!! Love that patina.

    You just have to wear in the strap. It's too new and stiff.

    With the watch* on my wrist, I bend the strap around my wrist with my fingers on the watch and my thumb under the buckle.

    I find that it helps to introduce some bend into the strap. Leave it overnight, wrapped around the cushion from a watch box on the tightest notch, and it will come out helpfully wrist shaped!

    @colin t - I drool at the fact that it's a JLC - I wouldn't dare to bend it if I had one!

    Beautiful strap, and the look is one of the choices I’m considering for my gold-plated Seamaster. May I ask where you got it?
    Thanks, Wyatt

    We’re truly spoiled nowadays with the quality selection and availability of straps. Bittersweet I suppose in a sense as I often find myself spending quite a bit of time trying to find the perfect straps for my watches.
