I have been thinking of selling one of my GMT Masters for a while, and saw one of these here and couldn't say no!

I missed the one posted here for sale, but found this "naked" and with the wrong strap elsewhere. So, I traded my Batman for this (plus some cash)

I'm absolutely stunned by it! It has everything I liked about the Silver Snoopy without the subdial(which I disliked).

Anyway, I'm a happy camper, now with 6 Speedmasters! (1861 Hesalite, Tokyo Yellow Ring, White, Modern Ed White-321, Sedna 2 tone, and now this!).

Forgot to mention: I have a blue Omega alligator strap for it that I got reasonably priced NOS, but the strap this came with was unfortunately the 20mm, not 19mm, so the buckle won't fit! I have a buckle on the way but it means I have a week until I get get this on the "right" strap.

I had one of these about five years ago. Really nice edition of a straight lug Speedmaster. You can get a 19mm blue Omega strap like the original but in deployant form. Strap ref is CWZ003833. It's a 16mm buckle end.

I thought/am thinking of that one too! My current set of speedies are all bracelet or deployant, so I figured I'd give a buckle strap a chance for a while.

The best Speedys to me are the panda dials, this one is lovely with the inverse of the Gemini 4 pattern. Enjoy it mate, great watch!

it is quite elegant for a Speedy and the sector-ish dial design makes it feel a little smaller than it is.
The darker blue vs Snoopy 50th also makes it pretty versatile too.

Adding a side-by-side to make it more clear.
Thought I was going to get rid of it when I got the Snoopy but they’re different enough to warrant keeping.

Here's the group photo + one of my whole watch box 😀

Only 1 is missing (a 176.007 is in Switzerland for service!), else this is what I use to swap every day!

Bravo! It must be a pleasure everyday, to pickup one among them...😎
What is great is to realize the color variations of speeds... They are not always black! Love them. 👍

You're not wrong 😀 I'll say the rest of the watches get less wrist time comparatively, and I get drawn to a Speedy most of the time. I keep some on bracelets and some on various straps/etc to keep it interesting/guide my "daily vibe" a bit to pick too.

I LOVE the variety I can get with the Speedmasters, I was resistant on the Ed White because it felt like a duplicate of my Hesalite moonwatch, but some pictures/posters here convinced me, and they were right! It is different enough to be satisfying in a different way.

Anyway, I HOPE I'm done with Speedmasters for a while. My box only has room for 2 more (as one of the open 3 spaces is taken!), and I wear some pretty rarely (I put on the GMT Master today, and its date was the 20th, so it is likely been a month since I wore it last!).
Congrats !!

Honestly, I VERY much feel like this is the case, despite that not being a particularly popular sentiment in the watch world.

I hope to end up with one of these too. And I like it much better than Snoopy, sorry Snoopy!

That Speedy Sedna gold really stands out. Amazing collection!
