·Hi all.
I recently purchased a new Omega Seamaster Professional from a reputable authorized dealer. I noticed a slightly different lume colour on the hour hand compared to the indexes and minute hand after wearing it for a week. It is visible depending upon light circumstances. It shows more blue-ish or grey-ish. During night time the lume on the hour hand is also less bright initially - it does not get charged as much as the other lume markers.
The dealer offered to send it in to Omega for a hand replacement (I have it a couple of weeks now). But I am quite hesitant to do so, as I do not want to miss it, but also, I do not want to end up with other issues with a potential repair as they obviously need to open it up. Other than this optical deviation, the watch is great and runs great.
Do others recognize these kind of inconsistencies?
