I was able to secure two NOS sets of RCAF Omega hands to revitalise two of my HA62s. they certainly make them 'pop' a bit. Nothing else has been done to either Chronograph.

Yes, I really enjoy the new look, with the knowledge that they are direct out of supply stores.

Makes both of them pop nicely...now, what are you using for a strap/bracelet?

DSC03821.JPG When they were issued to me we were given a one piece black nylon strap. In the same vane, I've used a black nylon strap, but used a two piece so the serial numbers can be easily read. The one I wear more frequently, I've put on a cordura strap.

Very nice, and if I was a 17YO WIS, I'd prolly say "amazeballs!"

    Truly a sight to see.

Did the original issue straps come with Ω buckles or is that a recent addition (along with the new straps)?

The original straps had basic unsigned silver buckles, I've just added these omega buckles for a little flair.

The original straps were like the Black Maratec version off MWR(one piece), silver buckle and black nylon keeper to tuck the tongue into.
We were never issued NATO style bands and I was in the CF from 1980-95.
