Someone at Omega really likes that teal color but is too afraid to pair it with silver hands/markers to give it that Tiffany vibe and make the market go crazy.

3 ceramic POs and a new AT (in two sizes) with that color
I actually like the new AT with that color.. looks nice IMO

Yep... I tend to agree.
I think it all started with the Casamigos PO (which I'm proud to own):

Then came the NZ PO Chrono, turquoise AT, and now this.

I really do like this color scheme but the price and size.. My PO here is the same 45.5mm but "only" 17mm thick and I already avoid wearing it in the winter because the thickness makes it annoying to wear with winter jackets.

Maybe if this new PO was closer to 10k I'd go for it.

Yo, can I request some more pictures of this thing? It's kinda sexy.

I think a bizarre, niche product like this is cool when a brand already has their other bases covered. Unfortunately, Omega still doesn't make a medium sized diver or wearable GMT diver. I wish they'd do those things first and then focus on weirdo projects like this that no one asked for and very few customers will actually buy.

Well, y'all could go old school:
A svelte 19.8 mm

SMPO Chrono from maybe ten years ago. Purchased GM for about a third of the subject watch's list:

awesome! I got in a bidding war on one of these casamigos last year and lost, sadly. I just really like the color scheme. It's obnoxiously massive, but not sure I care, being also not so normal sized.

I feel the same way about this new one. I really dig it, but the price is way too high.

In my opinion, it would be great to make a spanish version with Madrid or Barcelona 🇪🇸

Ooh interesting, where was it being auctioned? Since I bought mine back in 2021, I've only seen another one come up once on C24. It was a bit beat up with no box or papers, but it was a good price and I was seriously tempted to grab it as a backup lol.

But not quite, mine has silver Liquidmetal. Is yours Liquidmetal? Just curious how you got that black look.

I’m sure soon Omega will hear the market’s critique and they will release an additional model in bronze gold retailing for 50K …

Mine? The bezel is just ceramic in different finishes, no liquidmetal.

Haha yes it did. Its a huuuuge box that holds both a bottle and the watch.

Back on topic though, I actually got to try on both of the new world timers today

Not sure where Fratello and other media outlets got the 18.99mm measurement from but its 17.4mm.
Sure still huge, but same size as the other Deep Black GMTs (like my Casamigos):

I ALMOST pulled the trigger on one but I really cant decide which I like better. The gray one was much more interesting than I had expected.

Clarke auctions back in august I think? Had the big box…sadly no tequila.
