In the ever evolving hobby of vintage watch collecting, I am forced to let a few pieces go from my clutches to use the funds towards a new addition. Offering this rare and absolutely gorgeous 1960’s Squale - Pierre Denill powered by a Felsa 4007N.

This is an early Squale, and they are not often found in the traditional divers case. As seen by the pictures, this piece is in amazing shape and the case (S/N 18959) appears original with sharp edges & bevels and has not been polished. The dial shows no blemishes, and the lume is original and has turned to a warm creamy yellow/tan. The hands (like many vintage divers with large lume openings) have been professionally re-lumed to perfectly match the dial.

Case size is a perfect 37mm, not including the original screw-down signed Squale crown and 47mm lug to lug with 19mm lugs. The Caliber 4007N movement has been fully serviced within the last 3 months and is running well and keeping good time. Date rolls over as it should at midnight. Bezel is extremely clean with all numerals and dashes legible and lume pip has not been touched. Its fitted with a vintage brown tropic strap that compliments this piece perfectly.

This is an absolutely gorgeous vintage diver, in wonderful condition, with tons of character and attributes that make a piece like this stand apart of the others in this price range!
