Yeah, it looks like it'll be 1940s multiple-track style. We can see pulsations, telemeter above it, and the "BASE" on the inner ring suggests a tachy track. Sounds like something from the Museum line IMO. Like the below, but with round pushers.

·A classic rattrapante has the split-second button coaxial to the winding crown, never was a fan of the third pusher design which is not as elegant. But cheaper to design and produce.

Yep that was me on watchuseek, my SA from a boutique told me he believes its a rattrapante and likely to be steel.
