I've finally joined the Omega club and I'm honestly surprised that I've waited this long to add an Omega to my collection.

I randomly wandered into my local Omega boutique to confirm my suspicion that a Speedmaster moonwatch would be too large for my wrist and I ended up walking out with the Seamaster 1948 Omega Co-axial Master Chronometer 38 MM and I couldn't be happier with it.

Beautiful, well played, and welcome to this wonderful forum. But “my collection”...do tell, and post pics!

I have a small collection of various pieces I've found and loved to wear.

I have the Longines Military Heritage 2018, a Rolex Milgauss 116400GV with the Blue Dial, a Hamilton Ventura, and my Omega Seamaster 1948.

The Longines is what got me interested in collecting and appreciating timepieces.

I completely agree. I'm a big fan of the Longines Heritage collection and when I tried this piece on I knew it was the right Omega for me.

Welcome!! I just joined the forum this week too and also got my first Omega and my first swiss watch. Right now, I have only my Citizen Super Titanium Eco and a 2016 Aqua Terra gloss black wave dial steel on steel w/rose gold hands.

I really like the Milgauss, but it's a heavy piece compared to the others. It's a great conversation starter though because of the green sapphire crystal and the blue dial makes for a great light show. 😀

The rose gold hands on that dial is beautiful. It's a great first swiss timepiece!

Congrats. Very nice. I didn't realize it was modern until I saw the Co-axial.
