I recently started looking into buying a vintage Omega watch. I came across a listing on eBay for the following watch and I pulled the triggered (somewhat impulsively) for $370. It's an Omega Seamaster Automatic De Ville with a 14K gold-filled case. It comes with the original box which is quite nice. The seller seems reputable (I think he has a vintage shop in Ohio). Unfortunately, the movement is not working and there is no photo without the case back which is a bit of a risk but I think a good repair shop will be able to bring it to life. I think the strap is an aftermarket one but I would change it anyway to a nice leather one. What do you guys think? I believe it's authentic but I don't have experience with vintage watches.

Don't know much about the watch but the omega box is a good one. Probably worth the same amount as the watch. Good luck.
