·Looks like "dropped R" in Speedmaster font, so it would be from mid 80's
Dial and bezel match that period, and it would be 145.022 with cal 861 movement. Of course someone who actually knows what they are talking about may come in and completely refute everything I said, so dont take my word for it, it isnt worth much 😀

·Serial # goes a long way in pinning down the production year. Nothing incorrect is seen yet, but we need the year to be sure.
