New Member can’t start a watch search action...why ?

Hello,
maybe I make something wrong. But why is it not allowed to start search action ? I could understand rules by sales action for new members, but by searching ?

. . I think because OF is not primary a place for buying and selling watches.. Only members who have contributed some "meaningful" content to the forums discussions can use this as an additional service 😀

He’s trying to sell and missing the big read me first and rules in all caps locked to the top of that forum.
