maybe I make something wrong. But why is it not allowed to start search action ? I could understand rules by sales action for new members, but by searching ?

An you describe how you’re trying to search? It should work...

 

He’s trying to sell and missing the big read me first and rules in all caps locked to the top of that forum.

 

He's wanting to buy, but other than that, yes.
