Hello,

I just discovered and joined the forum a couple weeks ago when I started researching my new 2021 Speedmaster.

I remember buying my first "real" watch shortly after I graduated from college and started working full time. It was the Omega 300M Seamaster Pro similar to the quartz version featured in Golden Eye with Pierce Brosnan. I wore that watch faithfully every single day half way around the world and back over the last 23 years. I finally decided that I need a new watch for the second half of my life and fell in love with the Speedmaster.

I never was a watch collector but now that I've discovered this forum . . . . oh boy!

Yeah, be careful. When I discovered this forum I had one nice watch, which was my only watch for a decade, but I was researching my second. By the time I joined, just a couple of months later, I had three. A couple of years after that...well, see my avatar. Outstanding forum though...the only one I am a member of.

Here she is . . . already has some little badges of honor on the bracelet clasp from all the desk diving I do. I have not taken the watch off since I got it a a couple weeks back. I just love it.
