Buy a date just and gold sub, then buy Daytona. I think that is how it works.

This question (or a similar one about the GMT) has been asked countless times, and there are loads of articles, blogs, posts, threads, videos etc on the question of Rolex ss shortages.

The quick answer to your questions is, unless you're a high roller, with an established relationship with an AD, you can't.

There is a gold sub at my local AD right now $35k + tax... Fly to Buffalo, buy it and then ask them for the stuff they "keep in the back". They might even keep the Daytona vault keys in the bottom of the gold sub boxes.

The last Sub date took 2 months to get it , subs and gmt are easy to get
