New buyer. Is this real?

Hey everyone! I’m relatively new in the watch scene… I absolutely adore old seamasters and constellations and I’ve been casually looking for the past few months. I’ve picked up a few things in that time but I’m still not confident in my ability to spot a fake. I’ve come across a watch for sale on eBay that I quite like the look of (I do enjoy a red dial) but I can’t determine if it’s real or not, who better to ask than you guys!

Could anyone please let me know if this is real or fake, and perhaps certain things to look for? Thanks a lot!

It’s real, but I’m not sure about the dial. Looks suspiciously good compared to the damage on the hands. I suspect it has been repainted.

From @Donn Chambers "I suspect it has been repainted."
I do too !
I don't think I have ever seen a Maroon dialed Seanaster Before. Run away.

Hello!
It is not a fake. The model of the watch is Omega Seamaster ref. 166.0216. However, the bracelet of the watch is not right for this watch, the right bracelet will cost you some additional 200 - 400 EUR, and they are not very often available. There is also an aftermarket bracelet available, which seems to be more or less faithful to the original and costs around 70 EUR new, but that is up to you, whether such scenario is fine for you. The hands are old but seem to be right for this watch. It is quite likely that it will be possible to find online new replacement. Unfortunately without closer inspection I can not say much about the dial - the color, despite the fact that to my eyes it is quite pretty, seems to be quite unusual for this particular model. However, dials, even new ones, for this particular watch can still be found online for rather reasonable price (from 80 EUR to 200 EUR). In my opinion the main issue is the bracelet. If you can obtain it for a low price, as a project, and you are ready to invest some funds in service maintenance and for proper bracelet, than it is fine - possibly you can also sell current bracelet (but even if it is original, this particular bracelet, which is shared by several other Seamaster's and Geneve's of this era, is more common and comes cheaper than the one you need).
