Dear members, last weekend I visited a watch fair and was surprised to see a new book(let) from Manfred Rössler in german printed in 2015. It is more or less a list of all Zenith El primero models from 1969 up to 2001 with (revised) production numbers (e.g. A386 4500 units, etc). It lists also a couple of prototype models (like the one featured in Hodinkee http://www.hodinkee.com/blog/prototype-zenith-el-primero-bought-by-zenith-for-37500-chf-a ) and claims that for certain models there are a number of different versions (e.g. G381 S = black, G381 DB = braun). My questions: do you know this book? If yes, any idea on the sources Rössler used to revise production numbers, model versions, etc? I post a photo of the cover.
