New AT Quick Adjust Clasp on Standard AT Bracelets?

Has anyone tried putting the clasp from a 220.10.41.21.01.002 or 220.10.38.20.01.004 on the bracelet of a standard teak dial AT?

If so, what parts are needed?

I specifically want to see if I can order the parts needed to put the new clasp on the "flat-link" style bracelet of my 220.10.38.20.03.001

If not, I guess I'll just have to order the bracelet off the 220.10.38.20.01.004
