Bought this lovely Jumbo from the sales forum. Cool patina on the dial, syringe hands, a cool case shape, and a screw back. What more can one ask for. No tears in my coffee @gostang9 ;-)

Hold on a minute! How can somebody with an astronaut on the moon for an avatar (who doesn't have a screen name of gemini4) buy any watch that isn't a Speedmaster? Isn't that sacrilege? I guess you can, once a year, since it's a least an Omega.

My dibs is still active, and today I picked up another 2639, similar, yet different. This one happened as a result of the original FS thread for your 2639. @Nathan1967 was kind enough (or simply wanted to encourage more reckless spending on my part...) to recommend that I contact @Holma20 , who suggested I contact @visionvintagewatches on IG. He ended up being an intermediary and got us to a point where we decided to meet today. I am now the happy owner of this one (I have no clue how to properly photograph such a dial):
