Hello all, I just wanted to introduce myself and post a quick photo of my new to me 145.012 Omega Speedmaster I recently purchased this watch from another upstanding member of this forum (timeismoney) and could not be happier with it. This is my first vintage purchase though I have been a long time speedy fan, and I can tell it will not be the last... Anyway, I look forward to learning more about these outstanding watches and to getting to know more people who share this passion (some say disease...) for the venerable Omega Speedmaster. Cheers, Scott
As an aside, I do have a copy of Moonwatch Only on the way. I can't wait to be able to have enough knowledge to understand these watches with more certainty
Very interesting dial indeed, but a gorgeous watch nonetheless. Congrats, and do wear it in good health!
Hello Dgercp. Is there any info available anywhere on these dials? I've been serching with no results Thanks in advance
In MWO it says the b4 dial mostly found in 145.012 and 145.022. Says they are either transitional dials or replacement dials of the 70's. Let me know if you find out more.
