Just asked my Boutique… he said his boss is away on business and that usually means a big announcement… potentially this week.

There is a big Event in Los Angeles today (I am not there). They just said 'something that has never been there before in the industry' will be presented.

What can we see from the pictures above:
- RG 321 like Case?
- Solid bracelet?
- Crown with a pusher (Aventurine?)

I have a very hard time to make sense of the second image. What part of the case is shown here?

Are those stars on the crown?

Or just dust? 😀

Looks like something like an aventurine effect.

I can just see the marketing blurb now: "Introducing the Omega musical helium valve: A great way to decompress during decompression." ::rimshot::

Minute repeater?

Would be an obvious conclusion, yet if they claim 'something new to the whole industry' it can hardly be it?
Maybe you can stop the time, and acoustic gongs tell you the time elapsed ;-) Not sure if that was ever done.

That is one heck of a bold claim, so it will be interesting to see if this is actually true (something truly not done before), or is true on some sort of technicality...like taking two things that have been done and putting them in one watch...

Let me be 100% exact here what the invitation (of a friend) stated: "... launch of our new OMEGA which is a milestone not only in its history but in the industry."

So yes, milestone can mean many things. A 5 times louder minute repeater could also be a milestone, but I expect something more exciting.
