Need your help! What do you think about this Vintage Omega?

Hi!
This is the first time I purchase a watch, and I don't know if I am falling for a fake. I am really new in this, and would be happy to know your opinion on this watch. Do you think it's fake or not?


The first image shows the outside of the watch.. it looks really nice to me.
The second image shows in the inside, .. the inside looks legit.. I tried searching online, but it is very difficult for me to figure out if it's fake or no..

I think you're okay from a fake standpoint. I can't tell 100% from the one dial photo if it's a redial but it looks okay, from what I can see. https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-geneve-omega-md-166-0170

I like the condition and it looks correct for the period to me. Not a common style, if you like it go for it. Be aware that you probably should factor in a cost to service the movement.
