Need some help identifying these NOS 2998 hands. Sold on EBay for $723

Does anyone know the length of a proper minute hand for, say a 2998?

Says that the service hands are 14.2mm. I imagine these are the FOIS hands.

I would say the sales description is downright fraudulent. NOS implies old stock no longer in production. If these are still being produced by Omega, then these hands are not NOS and are not at all rare.
