·very strange. when i out my serial number in the site it comes up as it was probably made march of 1969 and it has a 145.022-68TRANSITIONAL caliber 861, but it obviously doesn't. any idea why the information is so different?

I think you should also be aware the dial and handset appear to be service parts. Meaning they don’t appear original to the watch.
Perhaps you are mis-reading the serial number.
how can you tell?
how
ExactlyBecause there is no patina on the markers or hands and the dial reads “Swiss Made” not “T Swiss Made T”. It also isn’t a step dial, which the original one would be.
Unfortunately it appears to be a frankenwatch.
You have a 27m movement that is too late for the -66 CB case and caseback, along with a service dial.
I was thinking the same thing…
