Hi everyone!

I’m new to watches, and I could really use some help identifying this vintage Omega.

Is this a frankenwatch or a fake?

It might be ok. The dial text is so faded that it's hard to be 100% sure about it, but my gut feeling is that the watch is fully legit, with the possible exception of the crown.
