Need opinion on this De Ville

Hey guys, currently reaching out to a seller regarding a De Ville. See pics below. The seller is asking 450USD for it.

I think the condition it decent, glass could be easily polished. Dial seems to be original. Case hasn’t been overpolished. However, the seller has not provided photos of the movement and the inner side of the caseback. So I can’t be certain what’s the reference number.

Without considering his asking price, what do you think this watch is worth? Also is there anything about this watch that’s causing the alarm to go off? Thanks in advance

Like the patina on the hands..but otherwise got nothing

Good condition outside, but really rather ordinary. If you want to collect, perhaps better to wait for a more interesting example. If you want to wear it, have him crack open the case and send a photo of the movement.
