Can you ID this "De Ville"?

Found an almost too good to be true deal on EBay. Can someone help me figure out if this is a real ladies reference or not? The 1387 quartz movement seems legit for the ~80s period.

It looks real but nothing about the price seem too good to be true. These are cheap watches with little demand.
