I just got an email from Haveston re my 6/5 purgatory- they said this has been the new normal in their experience, it left the UK and is sitting at the postal sitting (sorting) facility in the US pre-customs....thank you covid.

“Your item is now leaving the UK. More information will be available when it arrives in the destination country.“

I guess that’s the way of the world these days.

I’m holding out for the flatlink for my Speedy. I still have my original mki 1171 which I hate because it’s folded link and is a hair puller (no- I’m not selling it, it’s original to the watch so I have to keep it). So far I have tried the Forstner- which ended up on another watch which was a far better pairing.
Then I tied the Holzer which is great on the Speedy, but a much better match to my Tissot. Now I will see what the Flatlink ends up on and if that goes on another watch, I may just break down and also get the US 1171 and just call it done. 🙄

Sweet.... had to decide which one but I went with the all all brushed option to pair with 145.022-68.

@Uncle Seiko is it possible to buy the bands with both endlinks ? So it can fit both my 19mm and 20mm at the same time without having to buy 2 bands?

Ordered mine in polished/brushed- I’m a sucker for two-tone finish on case and bracelet.

I looked and couldn’t find them in the endlinks section- just the Holzer and others. I placed the order for the 20mm Flatlink polished and 19 Holzer endlinks (for the same reason- to try on multiple watches as I did with the Holzer) and made a note in the notes section in checkout that I wanted Flatlink polished. I’m sure he’ll add it soon if he hasn’t already..which he may have

Question: are the 19 & 20 mm bracelets the same, but with different end links?

Ie - can I use the 19mm bracelet on a moon watch with 20mm lug width by using the 20mm end links

Or do I need the 20mm model for moon watch and 19mm for FOIS

Have just pinged Larry asking him this exact question.

Would provide a lot of options if we can purchase both endlinks - if you can swap em out that is.
