I was worried it would be a hair puller like my 1171 at first but wore it all night and it felt fine. Getting the link removal/clasp adjustment sorted is always fun but a one time shot so no fussier then any other bracelet. (Note- you need one of the pin removal crank tools- do not try to get these link pins out with a spring bar tool!)
The 2/4 polish on these bracelets is much more in line with the original Holzer and I think the combo with the polished/brushed finishes of the watch is stunning. The all brushed bracelet on a Speedy doesn’t do the case finishes justice IMO- it’s all about the contrast of brushed & polished as your eye follows the twists of the lugs- which the low flat endlinks really highlight.
As for the bracelet itself- it’s a little more solid feeling than a factory folded link, a bit smoother in feel and a little heavier- technologies and materials are better now than they were 50 years ago. But it still has the jingle which is one of the hallmarks of a real bracelet- not an arm cuff.

Those are beautiful bracelets! I have a PO with no bracelet or strap so this gives me some ideas. Thanks!

As above, I'm currently waiting on the arrival of the flat link but suspect you now have some demand for the Omega designs on the UK site :whistling:

    Three in a row.
Please put all your new Speedmaster bracelets also on the UK / EU site.
Sure many people would appreciate this!

Sorry to disappoint you guys, but the non-Seiko stuff ships from the US only. I have reasons for this that I don't care to share on the forum, but you would have to buy from me in the US.

For shits & giggles I purchased the 19mm endlinks along with my polished Holzer BA53877B-82FA-4C9F-A983-A1C469129601.jpeg AF510FB9-4346-4088-BB01-C8AE45614937.jpeg
I may actually like this pairing even better than on the Speedy! A little tweaking and they should fit almost perfectly.

Thanks! I think so. I have several vintage divers with 19mm lug widths and the issue I have run into with fitted vintage bracelets (non-OEM) is most of the 19mm ones were designed with 34-35mm case sizes in mind so you get that gap where the endlinks meet the case.

the US 19mm endlinks are shaped perfectly for 37-40 case shapes so they hug the case as they should. The endlinks have a slight downward curve at the case and the Helbros lugs are strait but that could be sorted by just flattening them a bit, then tweaking the ears underneath to snug it up- but out of the box these fit this Helbros surprisingly well.

Well, shit- looks like I’m gonna have to get another polished Holzer- dammit!

This watch was only offered on strap- no bracelet was made for it to my knowledge. I have never found a bracelet that worked on these heavily curved lugs- this one does.

Nice to have options. Every bracelet I have purchased for my Speedy lately has found its home on another watch- and the Speedy goes without shoes. Hopefully this one will stick

@Uncle Seiko - on the upcoming flatlink-will you be rolling out the polished/brushed and the all brushed at the same time? I am a sucker for the 2-tone....and of course I would be ordering both 19&20 endlinks, and discover it works on yet another watch besides my speedy, and have to order a second one...what’s wrong with me?!?!::facepalm1::

join the club. Already have the Holzer and a Beads of Rice. Can’t wait to get the flat link to make it a trio.
