I was worried it would be a hair puller like my 1171 at first but wore it all night and it felt fine. Getting the link removal/clasp adjustment sorted is always fun but a one time shot so no fussier then any other bracelet. (Note- you need one of the pin removal crank tools- do not try to get these link pins out with a spring bar tool!) The 2/4 polish on these bracelets is much more in line with the original Holzer and I think the combo with the polished/brushed finishes of the watch is stunning. The all brushed bracelet on a Speedy doesn’t do the case finishes justice IMO- it’s all about the contrast of brushed & polished as your eye follows the twists of the lugs- which the low flat endlinks really highlight. As for the bracelet itself- it’s a little more solid feeling than a factory folded link, a bit smoother in feel and a little heavier- technologies and materials are better now than they were 50 years ago. But it still has the jingle which is one of the hallmarks of a real bracelet- not an arm cuff.
