I have this piece on the way and have yet to find any identical images online. There's nothing in reference to its model number on the web.

Info:
18kt gold
Cal 571
Model 14249 61 SC
28mm x 36mm
Serial 18.522.184

Just curious if I caught something notable, what it might be worth, any cool info ect... Thanks in advance!

He is being ironic since veiled sales posts like yours are not allowed and not welcome unless you have a track record as a contributing member. I’d suggest you edit out the bit about entertaining offers to prevent your post being deleted by the mods. This is not eBay. eBay is eBay.

I love these funky models, normal that it's part of a small run watch, there are quite a bit of Omega uniques out there that were assumably all small runs, as far as I assess, mostly US market too

That's awesome. Any idea on value for something like that in solid gold? Seems to me, with that being the case, it would surpass all other typically found models... $2k? $3k?

Rare, but unfortunately not super desirable/collectible.

Appreciate your insight. What is desirable is a matter of opinion of course. In my eyes, I see a solid gold tank with unique dial/texture, and in good condition with a clean movement, all wrapped up in some masculine dimensions. But I'm biased 😉

I'm new here, it's nice to have some conversation about this stuff, I think my family and friends might be sick of it...

I wasn't making a value judgement, I just meant "desirable" in the sense of desirable to the collector market. Often people think that anything rare must be valuable. But really, desirable is more important, and the combination of desirable and rare creates value.

And the only reason I even brought it up is because you asked about the value, and conflated it with rarity.
