Need help with constellation

Hello! I’m considering buying this really nice looking gold Constellation. My only issue is that I can’t seem to find any pictures of similar models with this dial combination. My fair of course is that at least parts of it is unoriginal.

Has anyone seen this combination and can help me figure out if it’s the real deal or not?

What happened to the applied star on the dial? Isn't that on all Connies?
I don’t know. Haven’t seen one like this before. But I looks nice, so I’m hoping that someone have😀

No, the later caliber 10xx watches didn't necessarily have a star.

OPs watch is a bit odd, not quite a "C" case, perhaps an Italian locally made case/watch. Need to see inside.

Can you provide the case number? Should be on the inside of the case back.
It’s a little difficult, the seller really isn’t a watch guy. I might ask him to take it to a watchmaker to check it, but it would be cool to take a chance on it if I can get a good price as well😀 that’s why i need a little guidance
