Need help with BoR/End link clarification for a 168.004

I'm interested in a 7 row BoR for my 168.004 Constellation. I have been searching the interweb and definitely maybe learned some things. Almost all from this forum.

First is read through the case-bracelet-endpiece list that michael e posted. I could not find 168.004. I did find 168.0004. I searched for that reference to compare and came up empty. Somewhere down the line, I found a thread that explained, at some point, Omega updated or revised listings to have 7 digits. So the listing for 168.0004 is actually the same as 168.004. Is this correct?

Armed with what I think I know, the correct combo of 1037/522, I started searching for examples to confirm. I found some pics but haven't really been able to find something specific to my reference. I'm sure it's out there. I found what appears to be different designs of the 522.

This first one looks like it overlaps the top of the beads a little and has a small angle on the outside edge.

This second one has notched areas for the beads and a larger angle on the outside edge

Looking at pictures, the 70 and 570 end links look somewhat similar but may be dimensionally different.

The 70 and 570 end links seem to be more widely available. Would these fit and look acceptable on a 168.004?

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.
Would anyone have any input on how the 522 end links compare to the 70 or 570?

Hi, Did you ever solve the problem or establish what the difference is between the 70/570 and the 522 end links? I ask because I have exactly the problem!

I have not. I decided to just keep an eye out for a BoR with 522's or just some 522's. I did recently pick up a milanese that I'm going to try. Just have taken the time to switch it out to see if I like it. Good luck. Check back in if you learn something.

I've just found 1No 522 end link on ebay but I can't see how this works with a 1037 BoR.

That looks completely different from what I would expect. It has 10 divisions and no offsets. I wonder if there are multiple designs.

It does seem a bit odd - I'll keep looking and try to substantiate that that really is a 522 end link. I'll keep you updated.
