That is an exquisite watch! Ladies Jewelry Watch, most likely from the 1950's. The band is spectacular. We don't follow the Ladies much here but this has potential! Please give us a head-on close up of the dial and we will need a competent person to remove the caseback for photos of the data inscribed. Your Wife's Grandmother must be absolutely gorgeous to sport such a piece! (Don't order the new Cadillac quite yet, Ladies watches don't command the premium Men's do)
