Can you enlighten me on this Omega vintage RAF watch is it a fake or vintage? Thank you.

 

You will need to post better pics to get an answer.
A dead centre view of the dial is a must.
I am no expert, but it looks to have been re-lumed with a very modern looking lume. I suspect most collectors would not like that.
