Screenshot_2015-04-27-20-31-54.png I am about to purchase a used omega constellation c shape from a the watch owner in Singapore. This is the photo he send to me. He claim to be a original dial and original hands when I question him about the white second hands. And the date looks weird, looks champagne yellowish... Can expert please help :(((

Hard to say with this one photo, but if you have any doubts, best not to purchase. Script actually looks ok but I would not buy on the strength of this photograph.

The easiest to tell is the unevenness of the minute markers. Their distance to each hour marker must be even.

Ahh I see, I agree I did spot uneven indices marker ( after your tip) on the right side of the side but the right side looks ok to me. Another strange constellation dial I observe. A constellation calendar in a c shape but not comes up when I google. $_57 (1).JPG

Think Omega stopped spelling Chonometre in about 1957, C cases didn't come until about 10 years later . . .

I think my six year old could have put the star on straighter than that

Nevertheless thanks for all the help. Can't get enough of c shape constellation, love the design better compared to the dog legged constellation.

I am totally addicted to constellation c shape haha. I bought this and is waiting for it to come. Can't wait. Can expert help to check if there is any fakes with the watch? I know the crystal is a replacement but I wonder why is the lume dot covering the 's' of the swiss

How about this particular constellation. The indices looks ok to me just that the swiss made is overlay by a lume dot. I have attached movement and caseback as well :) $_57 (6).JPG $_57 (8).JPG $_57 (7).JPG
