hi everyone
i have found this omega constellation.
but i am a bit uncertain whether i should pull the trigger.
the case i pretty polished and the crown is a replacement so that's of course a downside.
i am a bit uncertain about the dial, it looks quite nice, and i don't think its a redial but maybe you think something else?
the price is 850 euro so i think it reflects its condition, let me know what you think?
the service history is unknown so i will have to factor in a service.

thanks
Jesper

I just don't think that I would be happy with the condition of the case, even if I could save a few hundred USD.

Thanks for the answer, i can see your point and you might be right.
Do you think the price is fair taken the watch condition into consideration?

I don't know, it's nice to have a bracelet, but looking at the photos, the plating on the bracelet looks badly damaged, so I don't know if I'd put much value on it. And without the bracelet, there's no way I'd pay €850 given the condition of the case and the silly crown. But that's just my opinion. I tend to devalue watches pretty significantly because of condition issues. And if there are photos that show the bracelet is in better condition than I think, that would make a big difference.

I doubt the bracelet is in better condition than we'd think - there's hardly any gold plating left on it, it seems. 850€ is definitely significantly under market value for an average example - but then, the condition is also significantly below average. I just couldnt bring myself spending 850€ on what's left of it, especially since there are really nice vintage Omegas to be had for that money. It just won't be a dogleg pie pan Connie.

It is much better to pay a bit more for a good condition piece than to pay less for one in poor condition.

This watch, imo, would only be worth the price of the movement parts (if you are looking to repair another watch), which seems to be in pretty good condition.
