Need help/more information on a watch

So I’m 17, I don’t know anything about watches. My grandfather watch got it when he passed and just wanted to know more about it and what it is.

Yeah that’s what I thought but wasn’t sure because I noticed the smaller dials didn’t look like the ones on google
