Need help identifying watch

I recently received my first watch, handed down to me from my relative. I am not very into watches but this one intrigues me and holds sentimental value. I know it's a constellation but I am not sure of the type or year. If anyone could identify it it would be much appreciated.

It’s Stainless Steel and gold with diamonds in the dial
The number on the bracelet clasp is 1448/431.6

Seems 33mm dial / seems to be 35mm to stem

It’s a “Manhattan” style Constellation that debuted in the early-80s. This one would be from the mid-80s to early-90s.
